Shortly after Easter, Yen-Ling came home from work with a "grow your own sunflower" kit she bought from M&S. I think it was meant for kids (as there were stickers for you to stick on the flowerpot!). Anyway, she dutifully planted the sunflower seeds (and stuck the stickers on the flowerpot) and watered the plant everyday(!). 3 months later, they actually bloomed!!! I was really doubtful in the beginning but I must say her paitience has paid off... here are her sunflowers..
