Woo hoo!

I've successfully mastered cooking sui yuk!! Woo hoo!!! This is after a number of not so happening tries... Now that I can cook both chicken rice and sui yuk, if all else fails on the law front, I can always be a chicken rice seller.... woo hoo!!! Little Matthew/Faith/Charity (in future) won't starve for sure...

people who dunno how to eat kidney are not true chinese people :) OR havent tried OUR style of kidney :D

looks like SOMEONE has a death wish wor! Lol...anyway, I profess I am "kantang" :P Eh, u and Yenling come back next year ard May lah, then u can let me try ur style of kidney as one of my confinement staples! Maybe THEN i will change my mind! Hohoho!
